Rural Property Management
Hi, my Dad is having health problems and he has a rual property in Fannin County, TX (northeast of Dallas) with 65 acres (22 field), main house (2b/2.5b), guest house (1b/1b), 5th wheel, hunting cabin, pool, hot tub, carport, chicken coop, 3 stock tanks, ag land exemption. We're thinking of renting it out and need references for a property manager to handle renting out the houses. Maybe air BNB, but really thinking long term tennants. Any suggestions?
