Finally got a guy on site August 21, and through a cavalcade of screw ups he finally completed his job September 6th with us closing today.

I have had instances before where overseas they get hit with a bad storm or earthquake and they are out of commission for a week.I have found using local people close to your business tends to work well at least it has for me.
