Just about to start a complete renovation of a rental property I purchased this week, one of the things the property needs is a new kitchen.This is the first time replacing a kitchen so I have a few questions and hoped you guys could give me some top tips.My plan is to buy all the cabinets, counter tops, materials and appliances a mixture of new and used then have a contractor install/fit the entire kitchen.Questionsis there a decent kitchen design software anyone can recommend that can help me design the layout with measurements and visuals?   

We use Appfolio as a property management software and there's a feature in that which gives us some nearby comps.

Just wondering, what software programs you have found best for tracking rental, and also wholesaling?

I had to stop working as a software engineer several years ago due to health issues, and that had me scared that I couldn't afford to "risk" real estate.

Account Closed The main focuses here will be to incorporate a blog, a knowledge base, a members-only section, eNewsletter distribution, marketing automation and email nurture campaigns (likely using Active Campaign), an email subscribe/unsubscribe function, and possibly an ecommerce function later on.I like the theme Ultra by Themify, but understand I need things like security and caching plugins.

I'd encourage you to try a bunch of different software and figure out which ones help the most with your biggest pain points and time-consuming activities.
