It was definitely challenging during the pandemic with price increases/long delays for materials but the hot housing market sure made it all worth it.  

Then your job is to find out the labor and materials costs for each line item.

I have heard it is hard to get construction loans because of material and contractor shortages.

Not worth the headache between labor AND material shortage for someone trying to break into the biz right now.

do you know materials are in short supply??

We allow pets in our rentals and it sometimes actually helps retain good tenants because many landlords don't allow pets so if you have a quality tenant with a pet, they are hyper vigilant because they know how hard it will be to find an alternative.

- The format of this does not include materials....should I have a consistent format that the GCs need to comply with?
