What are you all seeing as the future of insurance in coastal cities?

I have three of them on the market and we are selling all three together. 

Almost all lenders will allow for seller credit/ financing as long as the seller isn't placing a lien on the property.

It also may be worth waiting as some markets are still correcting since the all time highs.

Am I comfortable with the risk of the syndication deal and I am informed enough about the risk that if all the money disappeared, it wouldn’t be a deal breaker financially for me and my family?

I did acquire some rentals as well but had property managers handle all aspects of that.

SInce then it was all traditional purchases (SFH), and rentals.But for the last decade (!)

I would go back to that company as you are doing and reconcile this, bring plans, drawings, the license number and permit number with you to make sure you show you are doing it all within the city regs too so they can get you back online. 

S8 can be fine as long as you understand all the pros and cons.
