I was told to see if my buyer is willing to do pass through funding, but I have never used that method before and wanted to get some more insight on how that proccess would work.

I use many different methods to figure out rent prices for a specific area (Rentometer, Craigslist, Realtor, Trulia, etc...)this gives me a pretty good idea if a property will cash flow or not.

I'm confused about the methods of getting the entitlement back.

Many PA wholesalers use what they call the “option” method.

I use this method for all my properties.

It was put in the tax assessor site with the wrong street name, but I found it using the legal description and an alternate searching method. 

We have a property manager but have been accepting payment directly for ease of process.Can anyone shed some light on their best payment acceptance method please? 

I was wondering the best method to pursue to finance it?

If you have several tenants handling them all with different payment methods is just added work and stress.
