Good morning,

I am buying a 3 bedroom/2 Bathroom 1500 SF townhouse in Brooklyn Park and I would like to get some advise/information on the following;

  • What is the rental price range
  • What is the tenant base and how long it takes to rent
  • Can anyone recommend a general contractor, plumber, electrician.
