These tenants have been a royal pain in my rear end lately, and honestly I would be more than happy to have them leave.

I have been scrolling upon a homeowner stimulus relief package and was wondering if that is true.

I'm assuming your dealing with a smaller loan amount that makes this more painful than it would on say something $250K +.

It doesn’t appear landlords will get relief until September/October 2021 (with the continuing extensions).

"You got sick - awww too bad, we are going to have to drain all your assets - sorry (not sorry)"I know a guy who was told in 2008, "Don't pay - you'll get relief" then all he got was foreclosure.

This is my first out-of-state investment, and I am really feeling the pain now.
