Their fee was the most differentiating part of their business model.   

Wouldn't the organization with instantaneous data on listings, listing prices, DOM, price cuts, price increases, views, and broker contacts for over 80 million homes have the best value projection models?

Currently, I am invested as an LP into 17 deals over the last two years and at this time each one is at or above the net operating income marks vs the projections at this point in the deal -- three of them have now gone full cycle as well. 

I would convert to LP before I convert to an electric furnace due to high electric costs near me even if the tenants are responsible?

Such as a park model RV .

Both are possible in 10 years depending on you and your business model.
