But I am an old (not that old) military girl and we get things done...I will find a way, if I have to contact 15-20 listing agents and schedule viewings an hour a part for the four days that I am there...that's what I'll be starting tomorrow morning.

I don't really enjoy doing it but I backed into a situation where I will be flipping one shortly.

I have had the same car for almost 10 years and I fee like the coolest girl ever because I haven't had a payment for the last 8 years.

I plan to live here for 3-5 more years because I enjoy the house.I have money (roughly 20k) that is burning a hole in my pocket.  

I'm in an airport now and don't feel like taking a photo of myself so the avatar of my baby girl will have to do until my business trip is done.

I am looking to start buying homes near my apartment complex to expand my portfolio.. here is where I need your help.. my 16 year old son is starting to look at college courses.. we had a talk today about earned income and passive income.. i was explaining to him that even though my cleaning company was successful ( 13 girls cleaning over 100 houses a week) that I had a limit to how much i could earn based on how many hours me and my girls could work.. but with passive income it could be so much more.. he is so smart.. and me and my husband both own our own company's.. but I would much rather he get started now with real estate investing than spend 4 years and $100,000 on school loans to not use his degree in his field ( which I see a lot of my friends kids doing.. they go to school and spend 4 years and $100,000 and end up doing something unrelated to their major)..

Even so, I think they generally trend in a linear fashion and generally nullify each other relative to the ROE issue.I went way over the top on this explanation, but it was good for me.I hope you've also enjoyed it.  

Hopefully we get to enjoy the "honeymoon" for sometime before the upkeep starts!
