I would encourage you to refer to your current landlord tenant laws and KNOW your lease.

If you don't know how to research law on legal databases like Lexis and Westlaw and have a thorough understanding of how the different courts (state and federal) interact with each other and the precedential value of cases, it will be very easy to get misled.

While in college I encouraged my mother to invest in RE and learned a great deal with her over the last thirty years.

I am interested in connecting with others in wholesaling in hopes that we can network and encourage one another.  

They really encouraged me to do this; I always thought of it as a risk for someone like me that works to live.
