And I assume that the BiggerPockets readers, being almost exclusively Americans and Canadians would only be doing the same kind of investment as I do.

The economics, financial, social and mechanical and legal make it fascinating to me.

I am not sure if I can implement anything from American contracts to Canadian as we have different laws, so i would have to make modifications to suit my jurisdiction.

I've been pursuing my first property for about half a year now and came across some information that raised some questions that I was hoping my fellow Canadian and even American neighbors may have experience with.My eventual goal is to own multiple pieces of real estate, possibly in different jurisdictions.
