@Ned Carey and @Melissa Kirchhoff you obviously dislike the company for whatever your reasons (and you are entitled to that feeling), I just feel like if you want to attempt to discredit this business this wasn't the post. but what do I know I'm obviously new to this BP page so I wasn't aware this was how it was. 

However, as mentioned above, be aware of the HOA costs, rules and regulations. 

I use it for brand awareness and internet presence... just like I use YouTube.

@Nathan Smith The choice is yours, be aware that if you double close you will need the funding to close your side of the deal before you can sell to your end buyer.

Maybe it was his excellent story telling shook people up an made them aware they could have these things too. 

@Ashley Massis Class I’m not very familiar with your area, but if you are looking at townhomes, be especially aware of HOA fees.

Russell,No health conditions that I’m aware of but I’m sure I will have friends and family over who may have issues with mold.

@Allen Li So, its all relative here...for the specific question of maintenance and capital expenditures I would say first off just be sure you are aware that capex is not an operating cost...its a set-aside.
