I've had tire-kickers say their lease isn't up for 2 or 3 more months, and I'll tell them to keep an eye on Craigslist to see if the unit is still available at that time.

It dragged on for about 2 weeks until she finally signed the contract and forwarded it on to her attorneys, and by then my buyer was tired and back out.

I am looking for any sort of instructions or guidance on what to do at this appointment, and what type of deals would work best for a "tired landlord" situation like this?

Seriously, how can you compete with labor overseas when you have to pay one guy in a Ford factory $90 to put on a left tire or screw a lightbulb in a headlight.

Assuming that most absentee owners are land lords you might want to say something to the effect of "tired of dealing with leaky roofs and bad tenants?

Owner is from out of state and get the feeling he's tired of being a landlord.....I like the idea of having payed off in 10 years

I would start looking for tired landlords, pull up local eviction notices for your target market and then send a letter directly to the owner.  

I don't want to keep disturbing the tenets everytime some guy (could be a tire-kicker) gets interested off a craigslist ad, so is there an easier way to do it, maybe take a comprehensive video of the inside or something?
