I am looking for full lawn and snow service (spring/fall clean up, periodic mowing, mulch bed maintenance, shoveling/plowing/salting in winter).

In typical Omaha fashion, the weather went from 90 degrees 2 weeks ago to 16 degrees today and 3 inches of snow and ice.So, if you have vacant properties or are about to buy one that is vacant, don't forget to turn on your furnaces, disconnect hoses and winterize sprinklers!

I have rentals in Cleveland which is also a cold weather environment so we face the same thing in the winter time.

I could get big bookings for weekends but would struggle to fill non holiday weekdays.

I am a freshman in college and was thinking of studying for my real estate license and passing the exam over my winter break.
