I have been investing for over 40 years and have never had the need for HM (not because I am loaded, I just approach it creatively).

Don’t want to over load them with too much wording.

Always open to helping others and being able to guide new investors in order to help them avoid money wasting mistakes.

Evolve is something that I looked into and found it a waste of 10% IMHO. 25% off the top is killer.Welcome to the forum!

I actually try to get AS FEW buyers on my list as possible.You want to deal with just a handful of solid hungry buyers, and not have to waste time with the others.So how many buyers should you get?

Gives mortgage payoff and everything so you don’t waste time chasing no equity deals.

I specialize with fix & flips, sold over $50m, my clients and I never waste time on properties with tenants.  

Unfortunately, many won't, so they just waste their money.Hopefully, the bootcamp will inspire you to do invest your time consistently and be succesful!

My agent told me to try two different banks and see if they can close on the property but I don’t want to waste my time with other banks if they have no power over the FHA requirements.

I also thought about a townhouse, simply because I like the feel a little more and the HOA's on Townhomes are a lot cheaper, so I don't feel like I'm wasting my money.
