All Real estate investors in the state of California.
I am currently under contract with a fix and flip home that has a tenants that refuse to leave. I have a 30 day closing and I need to get them out of there as soon as possible to begin the process of the flip, what is the best thing to do in my situation?

@Joseph Arellano, as noted above cash for keys is your best bet to get them out of there successfully if not initially agreed upon in the contract. Work with the seller to make this happen asap. Otherwise, you'll need to file for eviction as soon as you close which is a lengthy, expensive, and annoying process. Best of luck.
