Of course, I supposed I could just browse the phone but or Internet, but I'd much rather go with an attorney someone knows and has fond to be a valuable asset to their business.What I'm trying to do is create a Master Purchase and Sell Agreement that I can use again and again as I make more and more offers.An attorney who does closings and/or is connected to a Title Company would be the ideal one.Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

As far as the employer goes i actually really do feel valuable and its a great place to be.

I'm a new member as well, and I've found tons of valuable information already.

However what I found was that there were a fair number of non action takers and didn't find the group valuable.

We send people elsewhere if their problem involves real estate.Bigger Pockets is a valuable resource for many people, but because of its nature, it also has its own problems:Many people come to BP looking for "free and easy answers".

The date and time frame conflicts with my work schedule and I'd love to attend one and network.I am a newbie to the REI community and any valuable information I can get would be great.

I'd prefer not to take the zoning off as it makes the property more valuable given the property location.  

The land will be more valuable if there is municipal water and sewer available.  

I think the last poster intended to say to sell on installment.I think the key is to begin liquidation now after prioritizing the more valuable assets.
