I think the requirements above are necessary as we already have too many agents in this country who have no clue what they are doing!

if someone had asked me for a cash flow projection, I could tell them the rent - PITI amount and then minus other expenses (I had no clue what other expenses added up to - not even a rough estimate). 

If you want to single out Trump, there's another 535 elected Reps and Senators in Congress just as worthy.Believe me, I'm not a big Trump fan, but if my option is Biden with no real clue on how to fix anything besides finding just the "right" tax, I'll vote against Biden.
