I'm 1/3 of the way through (actually have my first of three (class) tests this coming Monday).To support my real estate habit, I actively listen to (of course) BP podcasts. 

I wanted to throw this out to the BP universe for comments/ideas.  

Texas State University is growing by leaps and bounds.

Naturally these are outgrowths in support of the valley.

Is it just a matter of supporting the site?

My initial plan was to buy a pretty cheap terraced or maybe a semi detached if affordable near a university, with 4-5 bed-rooms and have one room for my self and rent the others out to university students.

Leo had to design custom platforms, purchase and cut the lumber, take it up to the designated bedroom and build all of us new mattress supports.

I was using the app on my phone and it doesn't appear to support the mention function. 

This assumes that you can support the $400k debt and that would not stop you from future deals.
