My goal is to be able to generate enough passive income to be able to "retire" in four years and pursue my dreams of traveling around the world and work part time as a fitness instructor/personal trainer(which is my passion).I'd love to meet more like minded people and to work with people who are also investing in the same locations as me!

Is medical a good idea?

I have an investment property in Chicago and want to learn more about buy-and-hold opportunities here, since it seems like we will have to do a little traveling to find places with prices that will let you cash flow.

I like Line2 and have another Line2 line that I use in general because I travel internationally a lot.

Sheetrock needed to be pulled out and replaced anywhere the spores had traveled... and because it was a balloon frame house, that was a lot of sheet rock.There was lot more we did to remediate... if you are interested, I can point you toward some places where I wrote about our experience.

I think it's interesting that all they say they want to settle for a serious medical issue is the deposit amount.  

I have traveled to Europe and South America, and know cost/taxes vary from region to region significantly.  

Thankfully my travels don't include that nightmare. 

@Brian Mathews  my Madison go zone homes are the best rentals I have ever owned.. as you know the area has a huge medical so I have had doctors that were there for 2 years and other white collar professionals...

I was in the medical field before and considered a career change.
