Also have issue where theres some damage to outside...screens torn out, cut a hole in garage to put a wood burning stove(also against lease) SO last week I sent them a notice via usps(not certified, priority with tracking) scheduling inpsection today at 10am(plenty of notice) also sent copy via email yesterday and text yesterday all before 24 hours.

Just curious what software do you guys think is the easiest to interface and has all in one capabilities. 

Your'e on the track that I am hoping to be on in that same time frame, don't plan on quitting my job anytime soon..just looking for some extra money to make it easier on the family.

A good mentor will fast track your success and save you from costly mistakes.

As much as you say “repeat business”, unless you have a track record of a lot of deals, you don’t have the ability to promise this and should treat the first deals as standard sales.

That should put you on the right track.
