Not sure why our current society thinks they should all have success and become rich day one in RE ... and skip the apprenticeship that most of us have gone through.I guess its just the internet age and access too to much information ... much of it white noise.

I did a little internet research and read that the top scorers have an average of 7% so that may be one area of improvement.

Just look around Bigger Pockets and your local REIA - the Carnage is everywhere.  9 Failed Businesses to every one Success (this is well documented, simply poke around the internet) However, I would guess that of those failures, 90% of them didn't seek the proper education or mentor before they decided to jump into the business.  

His incessant interruptions by "inspectors" or "Partners" is nothing short of par for the course as taught by the typical wholesale gurus you find on the internet today.  

My friend tried to track down his kin, but this was long before the internet and it was to no avail. 

There is no question to the general thought that BP and internet marketing creates and stimulates activities in certain quote un quote cash flow markets... 

High crime areas are not only difficult to rent to your ideal tenant, but are nearly impossible to sell at a premium.Research the Internet: Utilizing websites like Zillow, Google Maps, state and local websites can give you an insight into the property from a number of perspectives.

It doesn't look like a price reduction is what's needed, though they help, and I would go to $350,000 (you want internet friendly numbers... $365,000 doesn't cut it either).But, instead of lowering the price, it looks like the seller needs to clean up a bit.
