We use Buildium software and have some pretty solid systems in place for what we do, but want to better understand some intricacies that will come with the large scale apartments.  

After a submitted complaint and arbitration with the Better Business Bureau, the BBB agreed with me that Marketplace Homes wrongfully withheld my funds and owes me money.

Most of the software out there will provide you with the applicant's comprehensive criminal, credit and eviction history. 

I just submitted an offer for a client that was over ask and we got beat.

@Jessica Scott In addition to all the good points made above, I stongly suggest working with an agent who is FULL TIME.In a super-hot seller's market, you need someone who is able to get you into a property and submit an offer at the moment's notice.

Often 0 competitors (most of my leads ONLY submit their info to 1 company), no tracking, no figuring out anything, no skip tracing.. it is seriously completely effortless once your site is performing!

No bank charges to download my personal checking account transaction activity to my Quicken software. 

I submitted the property info for a quote with Foremost; hopefully an agent will give me a call tomorrow.
