Buyers are wanting to buy with less stress, frustration, and headache as possible.

I tried searching for this, but the filter button after I search doesn't seem to be working for me.So, now that I have leads coming in, I am trying to categorize them as to what can be done with them.

My advice is, don't stress over finding a niche.

Don't stress - it's your first deal - you're not expected to know everything the first day, month, or year. :)

It was pretty stressful for buyers and sellers.
