Porter why knowingly take on debt when i can accomplished the same Financial freedom without every having to beg for loan and can bypass all the stress that comes with having a mortgage

In our case, she has had close to a dozen transactions of my own, and she has at least two dozen more 'first degree' transactions from my renters (plus the rental listings themselves).Otherwise, as a few others have said, its stressful. 

Definitely wouldn't want to stress about selling it, especially if you're looking for a long term rental.

They have unpredictable responses to chronic stress and long histories of poor choices.

Buyers in the resale market are having a stressful time finding and winning the bid on a home.

Not gonna lie, it was a little stressful during that last week of the identification period.
