j is right, i always get conventional and i almost lost one for having a capped toilet drain. they wanted to see a toilet in there and would not allow the loan to go through until the bank installed a toilet.

You can get somebody doing that as a side gig to do it for half that or better.I would have him do things like plumbing repair, toilets, sinks etc, cabinets, etc.
