Big box stores can take a couple of weeks to deliver and install new ones.

There are some cheaper brands you will get from big box stores that will expand more than others.

I would be interested in seeing a version of DM that actually worked, didn't wear out the wrist hand-writing letters, and had a reasonable ratio of leads per $$ spent, yes.

@Ben Flaskrud I’m not saying it will work in every market, but spent 2 hours a couple months ago comparing these high prices accompanied with low interest rates, to lower priced homes with more traditional interest rates.
