There's really solid stuff on there dealing with purchasing apartments.

Its got to be so much harder to do something like that from a far especially without any roots there to begin with.  

I have access to several SOLID deals over the next 90 days. 

Need to add members to the team and build success and a solid financial future for every member of the team.

(Being in the family was a major contributor to obtaining this solid financing, but I've heard of better financing outside the family.)Rehab and repairs: Just under $3,000 so far.

In my opinion South Florida is a solid market for fix and flipping...There's a lot of competition out there for deals, so the tough part is finding good deals where the numbers work, but that's not an insurmountable obstacle.

Make sure that you have rock solid property management in place, as this can be the single most important element to a successful investment.
