Bankers are humans too and it’s just as much our responsibility as it is theirs to make sure they take care of our needs.When in doubt, pay for additional inspections for added reassurance.  

@Chris Mason funny, when I'm traveling out of the Bay Area now I generally just say I'm from the North Bay Area because I get the same response - everyone thinks I'm from the state of Nevada when I say Novato.Thanks for the info. 

I get a good response rate from my marketing in Buffalo, NY.

I immediately called my property manager, no response. 2 hours later again, 2 hours later again, no response.

I am more concerned about turn-over rate of a unit without off-street parking.Again thank you for your response and good luck with your first deal!
