I also love that if something crazy is going on at my unit (think water running into the street due to a burst pipe - this happened not at my condo but a place I once owned in Chicago) I know that the on site grounds and maintenance manager will text me right away.

Having a toilet that has less water usage, slow flow showerheads and better insulated attics aren’t going to lower their bills any when GRU just raises their rates another 7%.

If this were me, I would first go and talk to actual folks who have lived in this builders properties for X amount of time (hopefully a year plus) and see if they've had issues, specifically water intrusion.
