What has been preventing buyers from approaching listing agents like you said?

(Your MLS might even have "walk-out" as a box listing agents check, but I wouldn't rely on that because a lot of agents won't necessarily click that.)-- Not sure of home styles in Orlando.

Would love to chat with any agents with section 8 property, HUD, experience, and in-depth knowledge of their market to help find deals that pencil.

I have a wonderful agent I have been working with in Austin.

I share office space with them in Chippewa Township, and they host events from time to time at the office where you can meet other investors and agents

My dad is a general contractor, who builds custom homes,  and my mom is a part-time real estate agent.

I don't know, the new structure has been working fine in the commercial space so I think most agents will adjust.

I usually just look up the real owner in public records, skip-trace their contact info, let them know someone is trying to use their land for a scam and offer to put a sign up at the property that says "NOT FOR SALE" (ironic for a real estate agent right?).
