As for the hole, there is no "weep hole" in window air conditioners anymore either.

Check for water leaks, tenant damage, modifications on part of tenant, dumb a** tenant safety issues, unwanted guests/pets, smoke/fire alarm, furnace/air conditioning filters. 

OK Levi,  I get that there are always posts about such impending dooms (obviously something is in the air or everyone is crazy)  Im not talking about making good or bad deals.

The condo portion is vacant at the moment, but given the market for Air BnBs in this area, and the particular location of this property (5 minutes to downtown nightlife, 10-15 to the beach, and walkable to a variety of shops and restaurants), I think it's a perfect candidate for short term rentals.

I guess I'm saying that how this all plays out is still very much in the air.

All a tenant has to do, is go to Walmart, get an air up mattress and set up shop.

We already walked through the easy things like over crowding and air circulation.
