Maybe others would have some flexible underwriting too, but these guys are pretty easy to work with and know how to work with investors.

She knows that I am pretty green about the real estate process and she has many years of experience doing this. 

I txt my PM she responds pretty much on the spot.

Also he's a landscaper so his yard is pretty cluttered with his business stuff, i.e., equipment, plants, etc.
