Looking to connect with local real estate investors in Nashville!

Hey guys! I am very new to real estate investing and BiggerPockets. I downloaded the app today and already loving and learning from the forums already. I own a house I bought in North Nashville about a year ago and just moved out and turned it into a rental property. Cash flow is pretty good and just found out I have some good equity in the property that I wanna use to invest in another single family home. I have a lot to learn about this real estate game and want to connect/learn from as many people as possible! Especially local Nashville investors.
