They are pleasant, pay their rent on time, good neighbors, etc.But they - or their partner (not on the lease, visiting) are smoking.The lease very specifically states:NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: Lessee understands that the entire property, including inside and outside premises, is a non-smoking zone and will strictly adhere to this policy.

I left Indianapolis about five years ago; when I came back I was SHOCKED at the nooks and crannies that have been resurrected in this City.

There were only 3565 loans sold, which is somewhat of a drop in the bucket, but the price is shocking me a bit.

I'm missing it, which is no shock. 

Downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island are areas where it is increasingly difficult to manage a STR under 30 days term.
