Basically if they can come by and provide me either verified pictures or places where I can see their old work, they seem to be focused on the job at hand, and have a minimum amount of social skills , they seem to work the best

In the pictures they have listed I see white cover plates but still the old beige outlets. 

I'd look at maybe the nightly rate compared to others in the area for same bedroom count; the pictures being used to advertise and what website they use!
