And I may only start getting enough traffic to convert in about 6 to 9 months, that is  IF I am good at learning the SEO and implement it as I should.

A few years ago I got caught with a number of housing units I built in Philadelphia I planned to sell to owner occupants if not for the  2022 unexpected rate increases.

My landlords usually charge $50/month for a big dog over 40 pounds (or for any dog) and $25/month for cats or very small dogs.

The ones I manage total to 20 bedrooms.These rooms rent for between $125 to $225 per week depending on room size and amenities in the room (beyond basic amenities may include: Desk, Tv, private entry, tenant controlled AC, additional storage).This month after padsplit takes their 14.25% cut of the revenue I am recieving, from the units I own, $15,230 from 3 homes.

Avoid lenders that want to escrow your payments at closing, this increases your cash to close drastically and, in my opinion, is not the best structure even for new investors.

Plus, with their pay-as-you-go setup has it to where you don't have to worry about a subscription.
