Land in the Miami outskirts is already mostly built on.Miami is a long time popular city and will continue to increase in population but I believe at a more modest rate compared to Charleston.

My wife and I recently sold our condo and are looking for a modest SFH in the NOVA area to renovate.

I used Consumer Reports as my primary source of info, along with reviews from retail sites like Home Depot, Lowe's and Sears.

We don't want to sell our reputation for a few extra dollars on the backs of hopeful consumers who we already know won't be a good fit.

Let me get my feet wet a little more as well as consume some of this good information everyone has been putting out.

It’s a little time-consuming but would be a good exercise to test your underwriting and see how the results compare to that $4,200/yr. number.

Also, as we grow the portfolio, I could see this getting to be time consuming.
