hi all, im having some really hard problems getting the title to the mobil home I purchesed almost 5 yrs ago from the property owner.

Plus I think most the leases are 10-15 yrs.... but remember amazon is working hard on automation.

I’m about to purchase a property where everything has been replaced in the last 4 yrs (roof, furnace, AC, siding, windows, kitchen, floors, plumbing, ect.) the previous owner did all the work himself since he is a carpenter.

My recommendation is to speak with the tenants and have them understand the value has increased over the last 18 yrs and you want to try and get as close as possible to the current market price. 

I found a gem of a property (6 units) that had no rents raises in about 9 yrs.

So i am focused in gaining equity in the house quickly ( i even have houses fully paid at mom).You will see tons of 30 yrs votes.

Haven't yet met a seller do longer than 24 yrs and that was tough.

Maybe there is a way, but i am not that curious to know.I am paying it monthly, over 5 yrs, from my paycheck at 3.25%.
