i never understood people trying to wholesale REO's the REO sellers for the most part will not allow "and or assigns" on the contract, so unless you do a simultaneous close, and use someones money for a a day, i dont see it working out well, besides, your gona forfeit the ernest money if you dont get a buyer, just find the money and buy it, and resell it legitimately

Reed could easily have included that there is a legitimate difference in management styles of larger MFH buildings, and stated the situations where each might be appropriate—rather than saying he’s right and the 1,000’s of other MFH owners who outsource management are wrong…. –such a grave error caused me to question the evidence upon which his other conclusions were based, unless there were links provided for verification [which there often are]For simple residential [as opposed to commercial] wholesaling, I would not pay a national guru – unless you want a funding partner.
