JUST bought the property and its honestly not conduce to having animals due to the layout, its on a busy, non-fenced in street, and I'd prefer this to be animal/pet free.

For everyone that can't come up to Park City for a cup of coffee to discuss things, here is a brief layout of my Airbnb through the year.  

Sometimes windows and the exterior design can negatively affect the kitchen layout, as windows can be placed lower than the countertop level.The idea is to shift towards engineering within a couple of years to work with real estate construction or development. 

Although I don't know anything definitive about doing what you propose - I do like the creative nature of the idea.Is the physical layout of the existing apartments conducive to a cost-effective five-to-four conversion?

Maybe an unfinished basement laid out in a way that would support adding a bedroom or a new bathroom on an existing water wall --  or choosing a property with an especially large bedroom with a layout that would support splitting it into two bedrooms via a new interior wall.

LOL.As for flips, I do much of the same; however, I'm more likely to replace the entire kitchen, maybe re-configuring the layout too.  

If anyone could layout some basic steps on how to do this it would be much appreciated thanks!

There is 0% chance a person who could lay out in such depth of detail a communist-squared action plan, is here on BP for ANY of the thing's BP stand's for, not a 1.

In those buildings there is no way to include hookups given the layout of the units.
