Just incase anyone out of AZ is reading this, as far as I understand a PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) is the same as any standard LLC, just not all states have the PLLC option.

Do they have the same infrastructure as far as REI is concerned, or you just have to adapt and apply the strategies?

In MY experience....doing that will get you as far as most realtors here.

As far as I know even if you were to buy a 300 unit property you wouldn't need a license, but I have been wrong before.
