- Familiarity with the local markets- More parties to work with (more cogs in the machine ie. property managers)- The lack of face to face interactions with different parties.The thing I neglected to mention was that I have a very flexible schedule and I'm able and willing to live and stay in the city I'm investing in for several months at a time (esp in the first couple years).
