@Ryan Evans I agree on knowing things before going to an agent, but I guess Zillow and RedFin makes it too easy to click on contact agent and have very little information about the neighborhood apart from assigned school.

People will happily go where rent is cheaper, so I'm guessing outside of the city it's likely better schools/area, but renters care about their bottom line as #1.
