The Standard 203k can go up to $1.4 Million and has a wider selection of eligible improvements/repairs. 

AS for shopping rates I would not know about that. for me I would never do that in a million years.. unless the bank told me to leave or it got untenable I am not going to move for 25 bips or 50 bips  pricing is the last thing I look at

The whole notion of one waiting for a collapse like '08', then jumping in and making millions, that's simply NOT realistic.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but retiring off tax liens, wholesaling, or any form of real estate investing in just 1 year is impossible (unless you're going into it with millions to invest).Give yourself the next 6 months to learn.

I'm all in favor of paying for education...especially where millions of dollars are involved.

Just think how much the big boys lost, they didn’t forget now they have millions sitting waiting for another crash if it happens at all. 

The median house price in my neck of the woods is 700K(ranging from 300s in some small markets to a million+ in others). as you can imagine school districts are all pretty good as well; of course some more so than others. 

I have $500k personal liability on the rentals and $1mm on personal house.I'm looking at an umbrella for $3 million - - thus far I've been presented "Markel" .
