After reading a book on financing, It's becoming more clear what my options are.Thanks for the Knox invite.

I've listened to a few podcasts, read a few books (with a few more on the list).

I mean, I have one home that books for ~70 a night and another that is more like ~300.

Also, does the book going into any no or low payment options or is it more traditional buy and hold and/or brrrr type strategies?

I’m lost in the startup and don’t really know what I can do expect for studying for my exam and reading more books.

I realized the power of real estate after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and from there started listening to every BP episode I could get my hands on (as well as reading any book that looked helpful).

I have spent the last 4 months digesting every real estate book I could get my hands on, listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts, and reaching out to friends in the business.

Or our favorite, as people have probably seen me post before about, is STR (Short Term Rentals).

I just finished John Schaub's book "Building wealth one house at a time" and am now reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" again since the last time I read it was 2 years ago.
