Doesn't mean someone isn't creative or won't get involved in a riskier business deal, but the such deals have much bigger payoffs than fooling with a single family home to live in, there isn't any need to take risks and have limitations with a home, maybe with a manufacturing plant, might be that my attention and willingness to be more creative might be in a $10M plant expansion.
