Hello and Question
Hello All,
I am glad to be able to join this group and learn from all the resources available. I'm sure the most asked question is "how to get started" and I'm sure there's no clear concise answer since all situations are different.
I don't have a lot of financial resources so after doing a little research, I learned that you can purchase a duplex with a home loan from the bank if you plan to occupy it. This is my plan however I'm a little confused on how to get it built. I've seen online where you can purchase plans for the design but does that eliminate the need for an architect thus eliminating a potentially expensive cost?
Thanks for any feedback provided!
