I still have a lot more knowledge to gather but am excited about the process.

Moab is a great spot and you have some really interesting short term rental potential around you.Partnerships can be exciting and a great way to get started, but just be careful not to jump into a partnership where both partners are either very inexperienced or both partners are relatively tight on cash.

We closed on our 4-plex on 9/15/21, and couldn't be more excited to start our REI journey in Anchorage of all places!

Only if I was young again, I could imagine house hacking and rent short-term to some exciting foreign guests, so much to learn from different cultures, or renting a room to a doctor or lawyer while they look for the primary home, what great connections you can make.

My husband and I are so excited to begin our journey to financial freedom we can hardly contain ourselves but we are a little scared too.

If they do this after the 21st of the month (every company is different) then nothing to get excited about but you can still contact them and ask questions.  

Though we are excited to begin paying mortgage and not rent, we are looking ahead to the goal of financial independence.
