Hello B P I am in need of a good rehabber / handyman / or a good sub to do some fix and flips , its been tough lately some contractors dont really know this business well and its getting frustrating. 

You'll also find lenders, contractors and other key team members. 

It has city water and sewer and tenants pay for own electric and cut own grass.

Hi All,Anyone have any pricing idea for removing Federal Pacific electric boxes and switching to 200amps?

Does anyone know any agents, contractors and/or experts that have done this in the Atlanta area or have experience?

The contractor will dig 3-10 tons of dirt and dispose at a regulated landfill and then collect confirmation samples from the walls and floor of the pit for a closure report.  

I’m looking for a local attorney to write up contract or how I can do it.
